Although you don’t have to think about anti-aging when you are still in your teens, don’t wait until aging signs slap you on the face to kick-start your skincare regimen. That would be too late. The effect of combating aging is cumulative ― the earlier you start, the less susceptible you are to the gravitational pull of aging. In my opinion, there would be no better way to combat aging than using natural methods. Let me tell you why.
It’s a big money-saver
Many of the home remedies I use cost just a few Hong Kong dollars. I haven’t bought any over-the-counter skincare stuff, save a few makeup products, in nine months. I find all skincare ingredients (such as olive oil, potatoes, honey, milk, and many others) in my own kitchen. Can you imagine how much I have saved over such a long period?
It’s chemical-free
Many over-the-counter products contain fragrances, alcohol, and synthetic ingredients that do harm to our skin. While I am still learning how to read those long ingredient lists, I learned that eco skincare methods actually deliver much better results than any other over-the-counter products I ever tried. I am yet to become fully converted, but the result I see is enough to tell me eco-skin care is the right way for youthful, healthy skin.
It extends your due time
The aging signs on my face seem to be less noticeable after I (partially) convert to using natural anti-aging methods. Aging while being beautiful is seemingly impossible, but it can actually be achieved through eco-skin care.
It makes the earth greener
Excessive packages are used on most skincare products nowadays. If you use them, you are in some way littering the environment with unnecessary waste. Using eco skincare is not only about the welfare of your skin but also a choice for the future of our environment.
